Ginny Bivens, MA, LCMHCA, NCC

Ginny holds a CACREP accredited master of arts in clinical mental health counseling from Webster University. She is a board-certified counselor through the National Board for Certified Counselors and holds licensure as a licensed clinical mental health counselor associate in North Carolina. 

Ginny is an avid reader and board game player in her spare time. She currently resides in Raleigh, North Carolina. 

Ginny believes that counseling is a unique experience based on a relationship of trust. Ginny operates from a person centered approach and incorporates cognitive behavioral strategies into her practice. She follows the key factors necessary for growth in person centered counseling: empathy for the client, unconditional positive regard for the client, and a strong counselor - client relationship.
